3. Order Confirmation & Design
After order confirmation, our team provides 2D/3D design support if customization is required. Samples are made and approved before mass production begins.
4. Payment
Flexible payment terms: deposit to start production, progress payment (if applicable), and final balance before shipment.
5. Production & Tracking
Most production cycles take 3–5 weeks. Progress updates with photos or videos are provided so you can track each stage clearly.
6. Quality Control
Three inspection stages:
Incoming material inspection
Mid-production quality check
Final inspection with QC report (photos, videos, data)
7. Balance & Pre-Shipment Confirmation
Final payment is made only after you review and confirm the QC report. Optional third-party inspection is available.
8. Logistics & Warehousing
Flexible shipping options by sea, air, or rail. We also provide warehouse consolidation services to reduce shipping costs and offer customs clearance support.
